Aryadeva's Four Hundred Stanzas

The Four Hundred Stanzas is one of the fundamental works of Mahayana Buddhist philosophy which includes explanations of the extensive paths associated with conventional truths. The first half of the text focuses on the development of merit by showing how to correct distorted ideas about conventional reality and how to overcome disturbing emotions. The second half explains the nature of ultimate reality.

We recommend for self-study to work through each block progressively. You are able to study at your own pace using the transcripts, discussion points and exams.
